How to Register Your Warranty:

 

  1. Gather Your Documents – Make sure you have your invoice or purchase agreement and the installation agreement provided before installation.
  2. Complete the Form Below – Fill out the required information, and attach your documents.
  3. Register Within 90 Days – To be eligible for the 25-year material warranty on Stone Valley Collection surfaces and the 5-year workmanship warranty, please register your warranty within 90 days of installation.


For third-party slabs, remember that warranties must be processed through the original manufacturers.

    Specific Warranty Information

    Stone Valley Countertops 25-Year Warranty
    Stone Valley Countertops offers a 25-year warranty on our Stone Valley Collection against manufacturing defects for surfaces permanently installed inside a property intended for domestic use. Please note that third-party slabs must be processed through their respective manufacturers, as they have their own separate warranties.

    We also provide a 5-year warranty on the workmanship for installations completed by our team.

    What the Warranty Covers:

    • Surface damage to two-dimensional applications such as countertops, backsplashes, cladding, walls, and floors that are permanently installed inside a dwelling (or property intended for domestic use).

    What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

    • Any surfaces installed on the exterior of buildings.
    • Cracks that occur after installation due to improper movement, excessive heat, or weight placed on the surface, or from striking the material.
    • Direct application of heat to the surface.
    • Excessive weight placed on the surface.
    • Chipping not due to defective material, but as a result of scraping, striking, or dropping objects against the surface.
    • Variations in color, shade, particle structure, or gloss level caused by natural aging of the material over time.

    Please note:

    • Any problems caused by prolonged exposure to heavy and continuous use may result in discoloration, loss of performance, and aesthetic characteristics over time.
    • This warranty does not cover damage from static electricity or products used to eliminate or reduce its effects.
